It never seems to fail -- no sooner do I send out an Update, another item of
interest will turn up. This morning there were two.

First, the government filed a notice that gives us a peek into the closed habeas
hearings in Boumediene last week, and it has that familiar aura of SNAFU that
has been the trademark of JTF-GTMO from day one...

They had the detainees, their lawyer, and a translator sit and listen to white
noise for three hours:
