2005.09.03 -- PEGC Extra

I have filed a statement with the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in regard to
the nomination of John Roberts to the Supreme Court and several proposals
pending in the committee in regard to detainee policies. The statement consists
of a cover letter and five exhibits which include my initial analysis of the
PMO from 2001, my amicus briefs, and the Commentary on Hamdan v. Rumsfeld that
I just completed. There are two versions available on the web site: full text
and an abbreviated version that just has the cover letter and Commentary on
Hamdan v. Rumsfeld.

So I mentioned asking for some help... Well here is my first request: 

PLEASE READ THIS and, if having read it you are so inclined, please DISTRIBUTE
