There's just one little problem with that, despite the herculean efforts of so many in both the legal profession and the press to avoid tripping over the fully obvious fact that 1 + 1 = 2: you can't separate Yoo from the administration, it's all just one big criminal conspiracy. "Can it really be the case that most of the press and the legal profession believe that we require proof beyond a reasonable doubt before we can even begin a full and genuine investigation of such heinous crimes?? "Surely not, yet here we are -- up to our necks in a cess-pool, wondering: "What's that awful smell?" And today the White House attempts emergency surgery. How precious. This from the most secretive administration in US history, who never admit a mistake and always "obey" the law. I repeat: PROBABLE CAUSE... and then some. Add it up folks -- the average cop wouldn't have any trouble here if we were talking about a run of the mill con-artist: they didn't think they'd get caught. They never do. They still don't -- now they think they can con their way out of it, mainly because they think they're so much *smarter* than we are.
