I checked PACER and here's some more information on the Gherebi case.

There are two dockets for the case in the USCA 9th Circuit. One is a mandamus
that was denied and closed under the name "Salim Gherebi", the other is the
habeas that resulted in the decision last month under the name "Falen Gheredi".

Once again: a reliable source reports the actual name is SALEM GHEREBI. The
dockets are saved on the PEGC web site in the Gherebi folder -- see:
