Gentlemen of the Press,

Here is another short update.

1) My project is now online. The web site consists of my files and saves mostly.
It's not that well organized, but there's a lot of information. The press and
government sections have digests of press briefing excerpts and news stories on
POW and war related issues going back to 11/13/2001.

2) My new associate and myself have found it necessary to begin, unsurprisingly,
at the beginning, so I've been reviewing my reasoning and getting ready to write
a paper on the question of my standing.
